All Renaissance Wellbeing Solutions’ programs strive to empower participants to thrive. The personalized and reinforcement-oriented design of the programs enables participants to incorporate the material covered into their lives. In addition, the ongoing communication with both administrators and participants helps to encourage communication and what needs to be addressed on all sides for progress to occur. 

Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention Program

Renaissance Wellbeing Solutions’ Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention Program is a series of classes, based on evidence-based research, tailored to provide information and activities which help resolve and prevent repetitive stress injuries. Repetitive stress injuries are a very common and costly problem for many industries. The classes are offered both remotely and in person. Take home materials are provided to reinforce the material covered. Questionnaires are given to determine the individual needs of participants. 

The Renaissance Wellbeing Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention Program includes information that can be applied to work activities but also to exercise and other activities of daily living. Classes include information on efficient alignment and body mechanics that can be applied to one’s workstation and also one’s exercise regimen and functional activities of daily living. The class discusses ideal workstation set up, daily protective modifications and what to do if injured. The specific needs of a company will determine the way the class is offered. Employees can take one class or do a package of up to six classes over a period of four months. Renaissance Wellbeing Solutions recommends the six classes to ensure that the material is retained well and results in lasting positive change. The six classes include four 90-minute online classes and two one hour in-person classes, which will be broken up into smaller groups. As mentioned above, materials will be provided to serve as a review of the information covered. All classes can also be modified based on the needs of the company.

Safe and Effective Fitness Program

Exercising has many benefits to wellbeing. These benefits include preventing dementia, Alzheimer’s, Osteoporosis, helping muscles age well, helping with sleep, digestion, decreasing the risk of depression and anxiety, decreasing cancer and stroke risk and the risk of falls. When exercising, it is critical that we work in efficient alignment and engage in activities based on our medical history and current level of fitness. Working efficiently, based on individual needs, results in lasting and positive change. Renaissance Wellbeing Solutions’ Safe and Effective Fitness Program enables participants to determine efficient alignment and body mechanics and incorporate activities that address basic fitness needs. For example, if one is interested in running, it is imperative that they meet criteria for safe running which includes balancing ability, strength, endurance, agility, power and correct form. If one is deficient in strength, balance, joint mobility or muscle length, starting a running program, without addressing these deficits, could lead to injury. 

The Renaissance Wellbeing Solutions’ Safe and Effective Fitness Program is offered for up to six classes, like the Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention Program. But the program can be modified to fit the current needs and schedules of your organization.
